I see a few gaps in the thinking, such as imagining that any new curriculum will be adopted by institutions of higher learning within a year, but overall, it's this type of problem-solving that will enable the next burst of economic growth for America. Forget about chasing smokestacks or thinking we're all going to spend ourselves into oblivion again.
